Best apartment complex in Kalamazoo. Quiet, safe, peaceful, and beautiful. The leasing staff is extremely helpful and treats everyone like family. They also respond very quickly to any inquiries. There's no weird fees like other apartment complexes, everything is straightforward and honest up-front. Maintenance responds to requests within 24 hours which is super helpful. I absolutely LOVE living at Tall Oaks!! ? Both the grounds and apartments are beautiful and well maintained. The community is quiet, well-shaded by tall oak trees, and filled with all kinds of nature. The tenants and staff are VERY NICE and I feel safe here. I enjoy the walking paths and trails as well as the pool in summer...It's obvious that the management and staff take great pride in this property. Tall oaks is a great place to live! Peggy and Steve in the office are amazing! Maintenance crew is very very good as well and fixed everything I needed in a very timely manner. This is the best value for your money for living in a nice apartment in Kalamazoo. I loved living here while I did and it was the best apartment complex I lived in Kalamazoo area. I've been living here for about 3 years. The complex is really nice, quiet, we'll maintained. They maintain the outside really well and frequently...All of the neighbors are really nice and friendly, really the entire place feels really safe. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quiet, safe, well maintained place to live. Also, any maintenance request is serviced really fast and the overall space for the rent...is pretty fair. Overall great place to live! - Verified Resident
