Once we receive your request, we will come at our earliest availability to complete the repair or we can set an appointment. We try to complete requests as they come in; however, some issues receive priority due to the urgency of the request. We attempt to respond to all calls the same day or within 24 hours.
No, our technician will enter your apartment to complete the service request at his earliest convenience, unless you request an appointment.

Read everything thoroughly. Look at the total cost of rent and additional costs such as what is and is not included. If an apartment is less in rent but you have to pay for electric, gas, garbage, water and sewer, the overall price might be more than an apartment that has a lot of those things included. Also, if there is a washer and dryer included you will have the luxury of not having to the go to the laundromat or pay the fees. Consider all of these things to get a true cost comparison of apartments. Get Renter’s Insurance. It is inexpensive and can save you LOTS of money.
